Named after one of Australia’s favourite and most colourful parrots, the Rosella Villa is one of two loft-style retreats, sitting side by side with Kestrel at the rear of the property.

Downstairs, the living space and bathroom unfold beneath tall windows opening onto the garden. Upstairs, discover your own retreat with a comfortable king size bed tuck away from the world below.

The lounge and dining area invite you to slow down, and the kitchenette is stocked to match: full-size fridge, hot plate, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine, plus everything you need for a cook-your-own breakfast — eggs, bacon, bread for toasting, cereal, milk, juice, tea and coffee. The bathroom is a quiet retreat on its own, with a large walk-in shower and custom vanity.

Outside, a long verandah runs along the front of Rosella, joining with Kestrel’s next door — the kind of spot that turns a coffee into an hour, or a sunset into an evening.

Every villa comes with reverse-cycle air conditioning, ceiling fans and a wood-fired heater (April to October), free parking at your door, and complimentary Wi-Fi.
